Flat Rock Pink Twisted 2023 is an off-dry, medium-bodied rosé from the Niagara Peninsula wine region. Produced in the saignée method with 56% Pinot Noir 31% Riesling and 13% Gewurztraminer wine grapes, the wine is fragrant and generous on the palate with pink florals, bright red berry fruit, soft citrusy and subtle spicy flavours with a zesty red berry and strawberry finish. As usual, Flat Rock overdelivers on value and taste versus price. A lovely sipper to chill and enjoy on its own or with sushi dishes.

Rosé food pairings: poached salmon fillet, vegetarian dishes, Spring green salads topped with steamed freshwater shrimp.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This is a soft and pretty rose made from a blend of 56% Pinot Noir, 31% Riesling, and 13% Gewurztraminer. Aromas of strawberry and orange with soft floral hints. Medium bodied, off-dry, with bright and juicy berries, and a hint of citrus. Enjoy with fish tacos topped with a spicy mango salsa.
