Featherstone 2021 Rosé is a dry, medium-bodied and mouth-watering blend of Cabernet Franc, Gamay and Merlot. Fantastic value at $16, fragrant and also food-versatile with pink florals, bright strawberry, raspberry, ripe red apple, soft citrus and subtle spicy flavours generous on the palate. Chill and enjoy with grilled chicken dishes.

Rosé food pairings: avocado spring greens and strawberry salad, corn pineapple avocado and kale salad with strawberry dressing, golden beet salad with spring onion and goat cheese.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
