A lovely, elegant, supple BC Pinot Noir with aromas of fleshy ripe dark cherry and smoke. Medium-bodied with a silk texture on the tongue. Pair with veal.

Reviews and Ratings

Deborah Podurgiel Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

The 2016 Pinot Noir is a juicy mouthful of ripe black cherry, smoky, meaty, spicy flavours and a long smooth finish. Lots of body and character on this PN from Fairview Cellars from Eagle Bluff Vineyard. Drinking beautifully now. Pair with grilled lamb chops. Tasted October 2020.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lots of flavour in this Pinot Noir! Aromas of ripe cherry, tart cranberry, smoke and leather. Bright acidity and medium bodied on the palate. Quite fruit forward with a hint of smoke on a medium to long finish. This is a versatile wine, could pair with anything from turkey dinner with all the trimmings to pork or lamb. Enjoy!
Dean Engemoen rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Aromas of ripe red cherry, forest floor, smoke, leather. Smooth and supple tannins, flavors of cherry and smoke. Medium to long finish. Grapes from the Eagle Bluff Vineyard.
