Reviews and Ratings

Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This ruby coloured Red has loads of dark berry aromas including ripe blueberries and blackberries, as well as aromas of chocolate, underwood, and hints of eucalyptus oil and mint.

On the palate, there are flavours of tart plums and dark berries, as well as chocolate. It is a food-friendly wine with velvety tannins and lively acidity. The flavours linger and it is quite yummy. Good wine that won't break the bank.

Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous aromas and flavours of black briar, plum skin, crushed flowers, spice, herbs and crushed rock. 90 points.
Domaine Courtois La Grange Vinsobres (2014) is a medium-bodied Grenache and Syrah red wine blend from the Rhône wine region. On the nose the wine is violets, ripe red berries and dried garrigue herbs. On the palate the wine is dry, earthy with dried herbs and a white pepper finish. Easy drinking and easy to understand. Pair with grilled beef sliders. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
