A terrific, refreshing California bubble owned by the renowned Champagne Taittinger from France. This Napa Valley sparkler overdelivers on style, finesse, length and elegance. It's a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with 2% Pinot Gris grapes. Aromas of freshly baked bread and white peach. Pair with shellfish.

Brut Cuvée Sparkling food pairings: fried chicken, watercress sandwiches, grilled seafood, salads.

Reviews and Ratings

Pam Hatton rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Pale straw with a steady stream of fine bubbles. Brioche, nuts, pear and peach on the nose with a hint of floral. Creamy stone fruit on the palate with a crisp apple finish. Excellent medium bodied sparkling wine to suit appetizers and seafood
From the Napa Valley wine region, Domaine Carneros 2016 is a Traditional Method Brut Cuvée, elegant and balanced with bright apple, white florals, creamy and lemon-lime zesty citrus flavours on the palate - a perfect palate cleanser or aperitif. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
