A lively rosé from the well-known Conundrum Winery produced from the Valdiguié wine grape planted along the coastal regions of California but with origins from the southern wine regions of France, also known as Gros Auxerrois. In California it is also known as Napa Gamay. This happy rosé has flavours of ripe strawberry, watermelon and peach with great acidity for summer salads with zesty fruit dressings.

Rosé food pairings: salmon, tuna, roast chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Produced by Charles F. Wagner and made from the Valdiguié grape which only grows in small quantities in California. Fresh and light with layers of melon, rhubarb, red berry and savoury flavours on the palate. Easy to enjoy now. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
