Peppered strawberries on a sun-dapped field in June. Medium-bodied, crisp and dry. Staggeringly great aperitif or companion to seafood.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

From Provence comes this pale coral gem with fragrances of cherries and lavender. The palate repeats these flavours with an herbal edge, a touch of garrique here. Crisp acidity and a long lavender finish make this an exquisite wine to sip or accompany smoked fish, garlic hummous, spicy Oriental dishes or lamb.
A blend of primarily Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvèdre with some Grenache and Cabernet. This starts off with a delicate raspberry and red cherry profile on the nose, nicely accented by red and white roses. Quite zesty with a savoury herbal character that supports the red fruit through to the finish. Elegant, lithe and refreshing. Sip or enjoy with mild chickpea curry. Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
