Reviews and Ratings

Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pale yellow, and quite aromatic with yellow apple, lemon, white flowers, ripe pears, and buttered biscuit. This is barrel fermented, which despite the longer time in oak tends to be less oaked than those only aged in it. The taste is lemon, yellow apple, and pear. Medium acidity and a creamy lemon and apple finish.

I paired this with a creamy leek and chicken pasta with sun-dried tomatoes to great effect.
Philippe Perreault, Sommelier reviewed this wine as follows:

Light yellow color!

That's a rich and full bodied and Chardonnay with aromas of citrus, nectarine, green apple, pear and verbena.

This wine has been produced in small amount.

That's a fine wine to match fine food like grilled halibut and fruit salsa or Fettuccine Alfredo.

Serve this wine at 9-11 degrees
this wine can be aged easily 8 to 10 years.
