Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Lovely and aromatic. Aromas of lychee, apricot, peach and hints of floral perfume. Medium bodied, smooth and luscious on the palate, with lots of ripe fruit and florals. Enjoy with Thai or moderately spiced dishes.
Lori Kilmartin - WSET3 Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

An interesting Gewurztraminer from the southernmost wine growing region in Germany. Aromas of cooked apple and honey. Off dry (19 g/l residual sugar) with flavours of stewed apples and spice. Balanced acidity and sugar with a short apple finish. Pair with Asian cuisine. Tasted May 23/2020

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
