This crisp Italian white wine has lots of racy acidity no the palate. This Soave is made from the Garganega grape. The Allegrini has produced a balanced, easy drinking aperitif. Chill well.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Honeyed melon, touch of smoke, silky smooth and luscious. Enjoy with Prosciutto-wrapped melon.
Tasted Jan. 2017
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Perfumey peach, honeysuckle and spice aromas upfront followed by a tart citrus, high tangy acidity and a crisp lime finish. I off the beaten track Italian white. Pair with creamy soups like broccoli smoked cheddar soup. Tasted Jan 2017 - @somssosa | bespoketastings.ca
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

This is a clean, crisp white on the nose and palate. An initial hint of diesel suggested more body initially. Smooth on the palate, balanced acid. Paired beautifully with creamy crab and arrancini. Tased Feb 2017
This racy and crisp white wine is a Soave crafted from the Garganega grape. Allegrini is among the most famous of this wines' Italian producers and have been crafting Soave since 2005. - Community Wine Reviews
