A popular and great value juicy rosé from the Niagara wine region with ripe wild strawberry, rhubarb, crushed raspberry flavours on the palate finishing spicy and citrus zesty with great acidity for food.

Pink Palette Rosé food pairings: charcuterie, pork or mushroom burgers, bean salads, salty cheeses like pecorino or asiago.

Reviews and Ratings

Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Love this 100% Cabernet Franc rosé from 13th Street Winery in the Niagara Peninsula wine region. Zesty aromas of raspberry, cherry, white pepper and baking spice literally leap out of the glass. On the palate, Pink Palette is off-dry, refreshing and red berry fruity with raspberry, ripe strawberry, sweet baking spice flavours and a mouth-watering finish. Lovely on its own or pair with a Cobb or Caprese salad. We paired it with a charcuterie platter. Tasted September 2020.
