Red Wine

Southbrook Vineyards Triomphe Merlot 2019, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A, Canada: Ontario's 2019 vintage challenged winemakers with unpredictable fall weather, yet it delivered wines of remarkable vibrancy. Early-to-mid-season ripening varieties, including Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Merlot, excelled. This Merlot showcases layers of ripe plum, blackberry, and dark chocolate, complemented by subtle smoke and spice. The hallmark crisp acidity of the vintage enhances its richness and supple texture, leading to a long, satisfying finish. Enjoy now or cellar through 2027 and beyond. White Wine

Goutte d'Argent Sauvignon Blanc 2022, Leyda Valley, Chile: Vina Marty is the producer of Goutte d’Argent (silver drop) Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. The wines are unique in in style in that they are fermented using Japanese sake yeast n°7. Only members of the sake productors federation are allowed to use the yeast. Fragrant and fresh with citrus zest, white florals, orange blossom, baked goods, vanilla aromas also mirrored on the palate, this Sauvignon Blanc finishes creamy and zesty with a kiss of chili pepper. Grapes for this vintage were sourced from the Leyda Valley wine region, from vineyards 10 kilometres away from the Pacific Ocean where the Humboldt Current brings fresh winds allowing the grapes to ripen slowly, evenly, while retaining their acidity.
