Dessert Wine

Inniskillin Vidal Icewine, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A, Canada: The 1989 vintage of this iconic Icewine earned international acclaim by winning the Grand Prix d'Honneur at Vinexpo. This latest release, presented in a striking "Year of the Snake" Lunar New Year edition, continues to impress. In the glass, it is a golden honey hue and delivers an opulent array of floral, tropical mango, earthy chanterelle, fragrant herbs, and golden raisin notes. Luxuriously rich and layered, this dessert wine is a delight to savour. Perfect alongside raspberry mousse or a bold cheese like Gruyère, it also shines as an accompaniment to a fruit flan. Château Saint-Roch Tangerina Orange Wine 2022, Côtes Catalanes I.G.P., France: This wine presents a captivating salmon-orange hue and a fragrant bouquet of floral and fruity aromas.
