Hi Natalie,

I'm celebrating International Pinot Noir Day today ... it's my favourite wine. They call it the heartbreak grape because it's so difficult to grow and make. But when it's made well, it's sublime ;)

Lots of wines to break your heart, but not your budget, among my latest picks:

BC Stores (stock), Alberta, LCBO (stock), SAQ (stock), NB, NS, Canada.

You can change which updates you receive from me.

Happy Saturday Sipping!

CTV: Difficult Wine and Grape Names

Leanne and I had a great chat on CTV Morning Show about the correct pronunciation of wine and grape names. Why bother?

Can you double your zen quotient by pairing the two?

Do you drink wine as you get into various poses?

Why wine, not beer or vodka with yoga?

Didn't ancient yogis not touch alcohol?

Find out these answers and lot of tips in this Video Replay here.
