Medium ruby wine, dry, full bodied and rich with balanced acidity, polished tannins and a gorgeous fruit taste. The complex fruit forward aroma features black cherry, juicy yet tart cranberry, and black pepper. Tastes are of red cherry , cranberry and spice (black pepper).The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.

Wine is medium ruby in colour, dry, medium bodied, refreshing acidity and smooth, fine grained tannin. The nose is pronounced and features lovely floral aromas, primarily rose, pronounced sweet red cherry, and a pine or balsam note. The fruit aromas are fresh and juicy. Taste is very cherry with an overlay of pine/balsam, some spice and black pepper along with pleasant savory taste. Finish is medium and is of savory cherry. This is a very well balanced wine, juicy and smooth, a pleasure to drink on its own or with food.

This wine is a very special treat! Nice medium ruby coloured, full bodied , dry wine with a pronounced aroma of ripe blackberries with black cherry, wet stones and a hint of pepper! In the mouth it is all about the blackberry; ripe and juicy. The tannins are fine grained; great balance overall. This paired very well with lamb kebabs dipped with mint sauce or chimichurri sauce; a wonderful celebration of flavour! It's juiciness and fine tannin make this a very good wine to drink on its own as well.

Lusciously sweet deep gold wine with pronounced intensity nose of peach, candied fruit, caramelized raisins, honey, apricot jam and a floral note. Tastes of toffee and caramelized raisins with peach preserves. Truly delicious with strong cheese like Roquefort or with a dessert of creme brulee or Christmas cake. One of my absolute favourites !

Pale lemon , dry, perfectly balanced, smooth and medium bodied wine. A luscious nose of sweet lemon, apple, and pear with a slight floral note. The palate features apple and pear, lemon and a touch of citrus zest and a subtle contribution from oak aging. A truly delectable wine.
