The Kathryn Hall Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 is purely amazing - A show stopper. At the first sip, this masterpiece reveals delicious flavors of blackberry, raspberry, black pepper, cigar box, spice, vanilla, smoke and oak. Full-bodied with a lingering finish, the Kathryn Hall exposes a wonderful velvety balance. Close to perfection, this powerhouse Californian is a gem. Enjoy! The 2019 Ridge Estate is an elegant blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot and 1% Petit Verdot. Its aromas of blackberry, black plum, red bell pepper and spices are at another level. A full body, lengthy tannins and linear acidity provide complexity and refinement to the finish. Palate: berry, fig, black pepper, mocha and oak. Wow! Enjoy! The Oak Ridge Maggio from Lodi is a succulent fruit-driven wine blended from Petit Syrah and Zinfandel. Aromas of black cherry, blueberry, dried rosemary and cinnamon are present and generous. The 2020 vintage shows balanced tannins and acidity, with a fruity finish. Palate: ripe cherry, sugarplum, black pepper and mocha. Fruit fruit and more fruit. Enjoy! Chateau Liot, located in the Barsac region, offers an opulent and heavenly Sauterne that reveals a delicious bouquet of papaya, yellow apple, peach, honeycomb, butter, crushed almond and crème brulee. Blended from 85% Semillon, 8% Muscadelle and 7% sauvignon blanc, and geniously created from the botrytis effect, the wine shows a full body, light acidity and an amazing round finish. Palate: apricot, cooked pineapple, mandarine, honey, lime zest, burnt caramel and vanilla. Enjoy!
