Samuel scored this wine: 95/100

A powerful earthy nose of cedar, tobacco, forest floor with dried red fruits. Big flavours in mouth, the tannins are big and grippy but noticeably getting velvety. I can't wait to revisit it in a few years. Drink now through 2030. Pairing: Ultimate steakhouse wine, Lamb, Venison.

Samuel scored this wine: 94/100

Huge animal aromatics at this point, leather, barnyard, iron fallowed by sun dried tomatoes and pepper. The mouthfeel is big but elegant. Nice long fruity and peppery finish. Reaching close to its peak. Drink now through 2018 Pairing: Duck Breast, Lamb
