Vanilla, coconut, marmalade and peachy flavours. Very clean and interesting. The flavour is a wonderful blend of big bodied and restrained. It is not overly oaked and has a long finish. It is well balanced and likely made for long term enjoyment. Pair with grilled pork and peaches, vegetable salads and tacos with tons of guacamole. Drink now to 6 years.

Crisp lime and mineral notes with a touch of steeliness. In the mouth however there is a pile of lime and grapefruit, flint and some fresh herb. This is pretty typical wine from this producer. It envokes thoughts of sitting by the sea and enjoying this crisp, fresh wine with olives, fresh grilled fish and good company. Drink now to 5 years.

Extremely floral and typical Torrontes aromas with almost none of the New World Chardonnay that permeats a nose. Once you drink it though the Torrontes dissapears and you are left with well made super clean Chardonnay with pineapple, peach and kaffir lime. The finish is long and well balanced and the floral tones comes back at the end. A delicious treat made for medium bodied fish with fresh herbs. A real treat that is made for the short term however I would be super interested in seeing the development in 4 years time.

A wonderfully balanced wine with blackberry, plum and earthy notes with only a hint of the tell tale green pepper of Ontario CF. Reminds me of its well made French counterparts, partly because Thomas Bachelder uses French methods to make this stellar wine. Would pair it with veal in sauce Bordelaise, BBQ ribs and lots of slowly smoked foods. Drink or hold for 5 years to see the development.

For those looking for a more full bodied style of PG this is it. Spend the extra $$ and go local with this zesty white. Lots of citrus peel and pear in the nose leading to fresh green apple and grapefruit in the mouth. A hint of bitterness at the finish which I like. Oak ageing gives this wine roundness but the acidity is pronounced throughout. Pair with grilled chicken, Asian dishes with ginger and as an apero with raw milk cheeses. Drink or hold 3 years
