Nose: Although just a baby, showing some leathery dried fruit characteristics such as raisins, prunes, dried cherries, medicinal herbs notes, coffee notes Palate: Dried cherries, raisins, red & black currant, licorice, nutmeg, cinnamon, herbal notes, dark chocolate & espresso, high acidity matched with tannin yet beautifully integrated. Drinking well now, but will continue to round out & improve for 10-15 years. Pair with lamb or steak dishes, hard aged cheeses, dark chocolate, meaty ragu pasta dishes

Toasty apples, pears, lemon on the nose Burst of lemons, minerality, more crisp apples bready notes on the palate Light bodied, snappy acidity with a lengthy doughy finish. This would be perfect with woodfired oven vegetarian pizza topped with chèvre.

Nose: Rose petals, strawberries and cream, rainier cherry, minerally, lavender Palate: Strawberry, rhubarb, minerally, light to medium weight, fruit forward upfront, dry lingering moussy-finish, perfect palate refresher as an aperitif for the holidays! Pair with: various creamy and soft cheeses, cured fatty meats, creamy seafood, poultry or vegetarian pasta dishes. Excellent value!
