Biscuit, apple,pear,palette shows lemon, fresh bread. Lovely fine bubbles, long fresh mineral finish, with marzipan. 60% chenin Blanc 20%chardonnay 21% cabernet Franc. Traditional method. Minimum 18 months on lees with grapes sourced from 5-6 vineyards. Pair with shellfish. Excellent value.

2011 Lifted nose of dried black cherry, sweet tobacco and spice. Palette is dense, lush and framed by silky fine tannins. Finish is plush, long and beautifully balanced.

Nose rich with apricot, citrus and subtle petrol. Palette is creamy, great precision of sweetness and acidity with lingering dried fruit finish. Lovely! I paired this wine with Indian cuisine of dahl, basmati rice and samosas; the counterpoint of food spice and the sweetness of the riesling working well.
