Crisp and fresh with lovely notes of lime, lemongrass and chives. Great mouth-watering acidity for food, this wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks (no oak) to preserve the fruit freshness of grapes that were picked at night. Try it with fresh seafood. Great price.

A lively Sauvignon Blanc, with clean, classic Aussie tropical fruit flvours-passionfruit,melon, also pear and apple and herbal hints. Great acidity and mouthfeel, achieving Oatley's quest for wines with texture, persistent finish. Ideal with Asian cuisine or shellfish or ligt poultry dishes.

Brilliant pale straw. Light-bodied. Crisp and steely with a somewhat creamy texture for SB. A nice contrast. Also, floral, honeydew melon, honey, herbaceous and citrus.

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

2012 Tic Tok Pocketwatch from Western Australia ($14.95 LCBO GL 187039). Less delicate than the Signature Series, the Tic Tok is very expressive with great acidity and exotic fruit characteristics.
