Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This Cab dominated Bordeaux blend has a complex nose with chocolate, hints of coffee and underlying brambly fruit. Good fruit concentration on the palate. Smooth, well integrated and drinking nicely. Pair with tourtière. Tasted February 2020. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A medium-bodied Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from Medoc, this wine has dark fruity and mint aromas. Well-balanced with medium acidity and tannins, with the mint continuing to the dry finish. Drink now if you are a fan of fruit-driven wines. Pair with barbequed lamb, roast or stewed beef.
Trent Mayers rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

A good Cru Bourgeois not quite full bodied, dry Bordeaux with black fruits, some mint, and cedary vanilla. A bit lacking in intensity to achieve a higher rating, but quite good value. Can drink now, but capable of aging further for 2-4 years. Good match for roast beef. 3.0+ stars out of 5.
From the Médoc, Bordeaux wine region, Château Saint-Hilaire 2015 is a full-bodied red blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Merlot. Fragrant with blackberry leaf, dark cherry, plum, mint and spicy aromas on the nose. Structured tannins with lots of toasty oak on the palate - great potential and a good cellaring candidate. - Community Wine Reviews
