Rolling Bay Winery started as a co-op with Dr. Piero Sandri, David Verwolf, Alphonse de Klerk and mutual friends. Through the years they have garnered numerous awards from wine competitions near and far. Rolling Bay Winery became fully bonded by Washington state in 2007.
The focus for our winery is producing small quantities of premium, hand crafted wine. Winemaker Alphonse de Klerk has a passion for blending, resulting in such unique wines as the Fusion and the Award winning 2007 Manitou Red.
Rolling Bay Winery works with dedicated growers who are producing fruit recognized as among the best in the region. The winery employs modern wine making techniques, utilized within the spirit of the art of winemaking. We strive to make wines of distinction, providing true value and a great wine experience.
Rolling Bay Winery is located on beautiful Bainbridge Island,
an enjoyable and picturesque ten minute drive from the ferry dock.
