Tasting note:

Love this style of Chard! Rich, full-bodied but not heavy. Infused with gorgeous hazelnut and toast almond with green apple and peach notes. Truly one of our best Canadian producers. Food matches: roast chicken, roast pork.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Toast, spice and delicate aromas of pit fruit segue [into] a rich and luscious wash of flavour with lip-smacking lemon sorbet, ripe apple compote and nuances of pineapple predominant. It’s mid weight and nicely textured. Seamlessly integrated oak, deft balance and a lingering luscious finish mark this as well made, well paced and well ... delicious. Score: 4 (out of 5) Source: Vic Harradine, winecurrent.com

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
