Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Clean, sleek and refined. Good food wine, which is fitting given the winery’s on-site gourmet bakery and deli. Medium bodied and quite elegant, with good acidity. Green fruit, minerality, and subtle oak influence. Nice balance. Try it with chicken pot pie, or, in the spirit of casual fine dining, which Ravine prizes, a turkey breast sandwich on gourmet bread.
