Tasting note:

Lovely mousse infused with ripe tree fruit aromas and zesty citrus notes. Mouth-watering, thirst-quenching and lip-smacking delicious! Perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to many dishes, including the most challenging. Superb effort. Food matches: mildly spiced sea-food dishes, tempura, fried chicken.
