This classic Prosecco is a terrific pre-prandial sip, or enjoy it in your favourite cocktail calling for sparking wine. Quite intense citrus edge, grapefruit skin. White flowers and creamy pears, rich palate. Score: 3 (out of 5) Source: Tastings Magazine
