Vintages Wine Panel: Crémant d’Alsace is a refreshing sparkling wine made in the traditional method. It will make a wonderful alternative to Champagne at your next celebration, and is also great with food. Serve it on the back patio this summer, and your guests will be duly impressed. My note: Lovely creamy mousse with some light cherry aromas. Very refreshing and pretty. Perfect for parties and weddings. Food matches: grilled chicken dishes, pork roast, stuffed red peppers.
