From the Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region, Hidden Bench 2019 Riesling is beautifully balanced and tasty, off-dry, medium-bodied Riesling. A blend of Riesling grapes hand-harvested from three organically grown estate vineyards: Locust Lane, Felseck and Rosomel, tasty with ripe apricot, candied lemon peel, flinty mineral and petrol notes balanced with fresh acidity on the palate. Chill and enjoy with Thanksgiving dinner.

Riesling food pairings: roast chicken, grilled salmon with lemon sauce, feta cheese, baby greens salad with fig dressing.

Reviews and Ratings

Hidden Bench 2019 Riesling is medium-bodied, barely off-dry and zingy on the palate with white florals, lime-lemon zest, fresh green apple and white-fleshed stone fruit flavours finishing mouth-wateringly long on mineral note. Beautifully balanced and edgy. Drink or hold. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
