Mulderbosch Sauvignon Blanc 2010, W.O., Western Cape, South Africa: Vintages Wine Panel: Light lemon-yellow in the glass. Fresh and invigorating aromas of green grass, asparagus, lime blossom, fresh herbs and mineral. Dry, medium bodied, with bright and tangy acidity. Crisp finish features savoury herbaceous notes. Good length. A very nice South African Savvy with some Loire and New Zealand influence evident. My note: Hello chives! Hello lime! Wake up with your bright green essence. Love this refreshing white. Zippy aperitif or companion to salads and seafood, among many other dishes. Drink: 2011-2013. 933424 12.50% XD 750 mL $18.95 Score: 89/100. June 25, 2011 Full Review
