Natalie's Review

Santa Julia Organica Zuccardi Cabernet Sauvignon 2008, Mendoza, Argentina: Made from organically-grown grapes, this deep, dark red displays notes of classic cassis, blackberry and blackcurrant. Good grip from the tannins so decant for 1-2 hours. A black-cherry infused finish. Perfect for potlucks and other casual gatherings. In my Drinks Matcher (www.nataliemaclean.com/matcher), I pair this wine with a variety of meat and other hearty dishes. Pour me another glass, will you please? It will be available in the August Vintages release, though you may find it elsewhere before then. 68452 14% XD 750 mL  $12.99 Score: 89/100. June 12, 2009  Full Review
