O. Fournier Centauri Cabernet Sauvignon Carignan Merlot 2007, Maule Valley, Chile: Great structure with a terrific core of ripe cassis and blackberry. Grapes come from 60-120 year-old vines. This is a blend of 30% Carignan, 40% cabernet sauvignon and 30% Merlot. It was aged in oak barrels for 12 months. A very well-made wine. 14% XD 750 mL $30.00 Score: 90/100. June 12, 2009 Full Review
