Natalie's Review

Peller Estates Private Reserve Riesling 2007, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada: A zippy, lemon-fresh quaffer with notes of white peach, melon and pink grapefruit. Mouth-watering and tasty without a splinter of wood. Perfect as an aperitif, particularly around 6 pm when you're ready to relax. In my Drinks Matcher (www.nataliemaclean.com/matcher), I pair it with a wide range of dishes, from seafood and salads, to chicken and pork.
