Natalie's Review

Creekside Estate Winery Riesling 2007, V.Q.A. Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, Canada: Rather than focus on creating a dry or off-dry style, Creekside makes use of a traditional German nomenclature: "feinherb", to define its Riesling style. Not legally ascribed to any particular sugar level, feinherb instead refers to a balance between sugar, acidity and fruit intensity. A pretty sipper on its own or with a variety of dishes. Light but flavorful. Aromas of white peach, jasmine, lime, field flowers and green apples. Available at the winery. 11%  750 mL  $15.95 Score: 89/100. March 24, 2009  Full Review
