Not bad for house wine at 510nt ACC
Drink Wine and Giggle Gals rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

The Drink Wine and Giggle Gals enjoy this cab because it's like the girlfriend who blends in well and doesn't tell offensive jokes that leave a bad taste in the mouth. Beringer Stone Cellars cabernet sauvignon has a nice, but not overpowering personality reminiscent of a merlot and a price that leaves enough in the wallet for a trip to the craft store for eyeballs, nose and lips for a hand puppet (the Drink Wine and Giggle Gals enjoy performing in Masterpiece Puppet Theatre where we recreate our favourite scenes from Sex and the City.)

Natalie's Review

Beringer Vineyards Stone Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2006, California, United States: These vineyards benefit from a temperate coastal climate and warm sunny days with cool nights. Half the wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for eight months. At blending, Petite Syrah was added to give the wine more color, and a firm backbone of tannins. A medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of mocha, coffee, cassis, blackberry and pepper. Balanced with a smooth texture. 606798 13.50%  750 mL  $13.95 Score: 87/100. March 24, 2009  Full Review
