Lori Sweet rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

This charming wine is aged in new and neutral oak barrels. The bouquet is fruit forward on the nose with fresh apple and nectarine dominating. The butterscotch colour will lead the taste of complex flavours between caramel, crème brulé, brie, and vanilla. The long finish will not disappoint.

Suggested pairings includes seafood, egg benedict, and creamy food and cheeses.

Natalie's Review

Quails' Gate Estate Winery Stewart Family Reserve Chardonnay 2019, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, BC V.Q.A., Canada: Quails' Gate Stewart Family Reserve 2019 Chardonnay is a beautiful, dry, medium-plus-bodied, mouth-filling Chard from the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. Vibrant with ripe apple, pear, buttered toast, smoky and spicy with an underpinning of minerality, silky smooth and long on the palate. Grapes were whole-cluster pressed and fermented in new and previous-use French oak barrels for 11 months, and left to age on its lees with some bâtonnage. This vintage was awarded Silver at the 2022 National Wine Awards of Canada. Drink: 2022-2026. 639641 13.50% D 750 mL  $48.95 Score: 94/100. November 19, 2022 Top Rated White Wine. There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
