Maturana Vox Viognier 2019, Maule Valley D.O., Chile: From the Maule Valley wine region, Maturana Vox 2019 Viognier is produced from sustainably grown grapes sourced from a 25-year old vineyard planted in the San Clemente zone of the valley. Beautifully rich and balanced with white florals, quince, ripe stone fruit, ginger, white pepper, creamy and balanced with fresh acidity on the palate. The wine was aged in barrel for 10 months with 10% of the wine juice in contact with the Viognier grape skins. Chill and enjoy with grilled chicken and fruit salsa dishes.
