Christmas dinner 2020...a quiet affair with ET and Moe.
Nice but no pizazz with traditional turkey dinner.
Oh well, here's to 2021!
Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A fresh and charming wine from San Pedro Winery, located in Chile, the 1865 Selected Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 offers aromas of black berry, black plum, dried herb, cigar box, black pepper, leather and oak. Full body with pleasant tannins, the wine evolves into a warm and coating finish, perfect for a cozy evening. Noteworthy that the winery was founded in 1865 and is one of the largest and oldest exporters of Chilean wine. Palate: plum, cherry, bay leaf, black pepper, dark chocolate and oak. Enjoy!

Natalie's Review

San Pedro 1865 Selected Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, Maipo Valley D.O., Chile: From the Maipo Valley wine region, San Pedro 1865 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from old vines Cab Sauv. from the Alto Maipo region of Chile. Fragrant with dark berry, dark chocolate, cigar box, smoky oak aromas on the nose. The wine was aged in oak barrels, 20% new. Beautifully-balanced with ripe dark berry, grilled herbs, earthy florals, minty and spicy notes on the palate matched with good acidity for food. Tannins are structured. Cellar for three to five years or decant two hours prior to pouring with grilled game sausages, meaty or lentil stews. Drink: 2020-2024. 37911 14.50% XD 750 mL  $19.95 Score: 94/100.
