Fresh green apple and lemon with subtle and balanced oak on the nose. Chablis in style, reflects the cooler Margaret River and its maritime influence beautifully. Great acidity, mouthwatering and fresh. Apple and citrus keep up on the palate with subtle oak spice in the finish. Sure to please with most seafood dishes while quite suitable for chicken and creamy pastas as well.
