Somm4All WSET 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

After a bitter, and at times harrowing, Winter, Spring is finally upon us, which means it is time for Rosé! Produced from one of only 18 vineyards recognized with Cru Classés status in the Côtes-de-Provence region, this 2017 offering from Chateau de L’Aumérade exudes elegance from the moment the cork is removed. Uplifting notes of strawberry, cranberry, cherry, violets, lilac and white pepper embrace your olfactory senses. Upon tasting, your palate is captivated and refreshed with dry, soft, delicate flavours of bright red fruit, white peach, lemony citrus, coupled with hints of rosemary and flinty minerality. The medium-long finish promotes red fruit with zippy tinges of white and black pepper. Divine and refined, it can be enjoyed with shellfish, grilled salmon or whenever you desire some Spring-time in a bottle.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
