Another well crafted rosé from Hidden Bench in the Beamsville Bench area of the Niagara Escarpment. This wine is delicate and easy drinking. The bouquet is quite enticing - floral, dried herbs - rosemary comes to mind, strawberry and tangerine. The palate is dry with some notable acidity - it would be divine with a ham and cheese panini.

Easy drinking, and perfect for summer sipping. Aromas of strawberry, apricot, and a hint of melon. Dry, with some mouth-watering acidity, and lots of fresh strawberry on the palate. Medium finish. Overall, quite refreshing! Enjoy with summer salads and patio time.

Tasted July 6th, 2018. Colour salmon pink. Legs medium minus. Aromas and flavours of strawberry, watermelon, raspberry, rose petal, pink grapefruit. Taste dry, fruity floral, light body, mouthwatering, low alcohol. Finish medium to short. This rose is dry and easy to drink, we drank it with some smoked cheddar but I think it would be better with a nice fruit salad or any type of salad with fresh strawberries.

Pale salmon coloured with earthy fruity aromas featuring strawberry yogurt, apricots, honeydew, vanilla wafers and fern herbal touches. Flavours reveal sour cherries, ripe raspberries and soft delicate pomegranates. Also a hint of clementine citrus. Acidity is crisp and refreshing. Delightfully dry and delicious. This was a stunning complement with Cambozola cheese. 88 points - tasted June 2018

Hidden Bench Locust Lane Rosé 2017, Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: The 2017 vintage of the Hidden Bench Locust Lane is a Pinot Noir rosé from the Beamsville Bench on the Niagara Escarpment wine region. Wine grapes were hand-harvested, gently pressed and the wine was fermented with natural yeast. Juicy, savoury and mouth-watering with dried herbs and light red florals and strawberry fields forever. Warm grass on your feet as you smell the wild flowers along the river. Doze there under yonder shady tree and dream of summer. Pair with shellfish. Drink: 2018-2020. 68833 12.50% D 750 mL $22.95 Score: 90/100. July 3, 2018 Top Rated Rosé Wine. Terrific Turkey Wine Full Review
