A rich and powerful Cabernet Sauvignon by Rodney Strong but you wouldn't know it just by nosing it. This red pours with mild to moderate floral and spice aromas. After moments in the glass, it does open up. The palate is full bodied with loads of juicy black fleshy fruit, dried dates, developing tannins, high acid, loads of spice notes and a long mouthwatering finish. Enjoy with grilled steak and gourmet beef burgers. Tasted April 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca

Well if you like powerful California CS's. with lots and lots of oak this is it. No more extensive tasting notes come to me. Nothing more - nothing less.

Classic styling on this Californian Cabernet. A towering, blockbuster Californian Cabernet with aromas of cassis, blackcurrant and plum. Finishes with dark spice and blackberry.
