Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A wonderful and versatile rose for summer. A beautiful medium deep pink colour, with a slightly orange undertone. Sometimes a deeper colour might hint towards a sweeter wine but this rose is dry with a hint of sweetness. Medium bodied, lots of strawberry and candied cherry on the nose, with a slight hint of dried herbs and lavender. This rose would pair well with food, and would even stand up to a bit of spice. Enjoy with a charcuterie board.
Greg Hughes rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This dry rosé from Malivoire is normally quite tasty, but the 2016 is exceptional. The blend is Cabernet Franc, Gamay Noir, and Pinot Noir (ie: peak Ontario). It's pretty, dry, and concentrated.
The colour is a deeply saturated 'Grenadine' red.
Aromas of bruised strawberry, maraschino cherry, pomegranate, and green herbs. It has some nice florality that is more subtle if it is heavily chilled. Very pot pourri.
It's got a rather rich mouthfeel for a rosé. Lots of refreshing acidity, more cherry jam, strawberry, sage, and apple skin.
Usually, deeply coloured rosés like this come from juice bled off of a red must (tge pressings) to concentrate the red. This one is different.
Malivoire doesn't treat their rosés like an afterthought. This wine is very deliberately manufactured and care was taken to preserve the flavours very well. Free run juice (high quality juice) and crushed fruit see an extended cold soak and a cold ferment. This ensured concentration amd aromatics. Delicious wine.
Pair this with fruit salad, potato salad, deviled eggs and your favourite picnic accoutrements.
