Tightly wound, but swirl a bit and some tropical and stone fruit notes open up. Lemony, crisp and zippy, it finishes with a little bitter-smokey note. Best with light salads or shellfish, delicate fish dishes.

Aromas of white fruit; peach and pear. A bit closed at first but opened as it warmed up. High acidity with some good minerality. Medium finish with a hint of bitter almond at the end. Pair it with - what else - oysters on the half shell!
