Interesting sparkling from the Piemont region. Generally, these wines can be off dry, low alcohol, and a great value. The grape utilized is Brachetto (No relation to France's Braquet). It's considerably deeper than a rosé sparkling and has a lot of unique enticing red fruit aromatics.
Deep ruby, with pink hues. The bubbles are not very persistent. These wines are usually made either in pressurized tanks, or made in a manner similar to the ancenstrale or Diois method. These result in lower pressures than traditional sparklings, like Champagne or Crémant.
The aromas are pleasant. Strawberry, red apple, dried leaves, and spearmint.
Low alcohol (7%), and off-dry. Sour cherry, more strawberry, vanilla, and cream.
This wine is very different than other commercial sparkling. It's unique and a steal for the price. Great summer wine to pair with a salad with strawberry and bocconcini.

Enticing deep ruby colour and foreshadows aromas and flavours I would expect expect to find in the glass. Loads of strawberry, raspberry, rose water, sweet spices and hint of red apple. Large dancing bubbles and fluffy mousse. Off-dry. Liquid dessert for a girls weekend. Serve well chilled. This one won't blow the budget.

Pretty bright ruby colour with inviting aromas of rose petals, strawberries and raspberries, repeated on palate. Persistent mousse and lingering rose and strawberry finish- this is dessert in a glass! Enjoy with a fruit flan or Trifle.
