Hints of grapefruit and lemon on the nose, with the same flavors on the palate as well as juicy peaches. Serve well chilled, great on its own or with light seafood dishes.

I like Soave, light bodied with peachy, lemony palate. I can only say, goat cheese ravioli with Soave on a patio was absolutely amazing.
Before you would take a bottle of Italian wine, you need to think about country itself. Italy build their food to match the wine. Overall, Soave is willing to age and age beautifully, this Soave is young, clean and bright ....
Please enjoy it with food like clams risotto, seafood linguini or beer carpaccio with balsamic dressing.

Grapefruit and lemon and a hint of plastic on the nose. This wine's fruit is more discreet in the mouth, but shows off some peach in addition to the critrus. Will pair with poached or grilled white meats and fishes with herbs.

Light bodied, linear, unoaked white, slightly lacking in vibrancy and bright fruit. Notes of fresh hay dominate the citrus, peach fruit.

Rubber and leaves on the nose with some rose petal. In the mouth it is well balanced with great acidity. Overall it is really an interesting wine with no real distinguishable flavours. This does not take away from the fact that you can pair it with so many white meat and fish dishes, whether poached, roasted or grilled and medium bodied cheeses.
