Oak, vanilla, moca aroma on the nose. Palate has ripe fruit (but not crazy) and soft tannin. The wine is not very well balanced, leaving midpalate some tart acidic taste without any structure to balance it. It didn't really improve much after 2 hours.

A bright ruby red, voluptuous full-bodied Napa Valley Cab Sauv. The 2013 vintage is packed with ripe red fruit, tart blackberry with juicy, mouthwatering texture, robust and approachable. Great with Gourmet burgers, roast beef, BBQ steaks, aged cheese platters, or on its own. Tasted Dec 2016 - rated 90/100 - enjoy this crowd pleaser.

Chocolate and cherry and alcoholic on the nose. Strong, overpowering tannins on the palette. Pair with smokey cheese or a steak.

Purple robe. Cassis and eucalyptus nose. Extra dry and grippy tannins. Dark berries, bitter chocolate in the mouth. Medium finish which leaves a bit of a long green stem feeling in the mouth. Decant at least 30 minutes before serving or let the bottle rest for 3-5 years. Will pair well with rich and juicy red meat dishes. Score 85. (Reviewed Nov. 27, 2016).

Deep, dark, and delicious. A dark, smooth, deep purple Cabernet Sauvignon with wonderful aromas of eucalyptus, dark chocolate, black cherries, Cassis, cinnamon and cloves. Even from the cork, this wine was presenting well. The taste is smooth and full-bodied with flavours of black cherry and dark chocolate. Lots of soft, round tannins hide the age of this wine; you'd swear it was five years older. The acidity is very well balanced, and the finish is long, with plenty of tannin and black cherry. I'm pairing this with barbecued beef tenderloin, Dragon's Breath blue cheese, and salad.
