Clear yellow color.

Notes of apple, stone and animal.

Thie wine is nerve, elegant and long.

Pair it with a salmon burger.

Serve it at 10-12 degrees.

This wine is ready to drink but can be aged 2-3 years.

Light and delicate, floral notes including a hint of rose and also ripe tree fruit and citrus. Ripe fruity flavours, light to medium bodied, a bit off-dry. Overall, quite a delicate wine. Try with white fish dishes.

Quite light on the nose, wet stone, white flowers, honeycombs. Medium acidity, light to medium body with notes of citrus that linger through a long finish. Mussels, oysters, chevre.

Light and soft on the nose showing creamy lemon curd and ripe cantaloupe notes with a hint of Honeysuckle florals. Shows more of a citrus character on the mid palate, medium acidity and leaner than one might expect. Slightly oxidized and possibly a bit of botrytis. Medium bodied, just a hint of residual sugar. Fresh citrus carries through medium long finish. Nice with a carbonara.

A little bit subdued nose, with hints of flowers and orchard fruits.Nice balance between acidity and bitterness.A simple wine that needs food for making it bloom.Would try it with bruschetta (with fresh garlic), or warm chevre croutons.

Pale straw coloured with a nose of ripe pear, gooseberry, yellow apple, and lemon with a touch of white flowers as well. The yellow apple, pear, and lemon appear in the taste and the acidity is at a nice level for the fruit. A nice wine for a chicken stir-fry with a touch of spiciness.

This is a vibrant French white wine blend of 50% Semillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sauvignon Gris grapes. Good acidity for fresh seafood.
