Wow! THIS is what Tempranillo is, baby! Spicy, smokey, strawberry jam, with a hint of bacon - what more could you ask for? And when it hits your lips - soooo smooth and balanced. Pairs nicely with aged cheddar, or...forget the food and pour yourself another glass.

Made from 100% Tempranillo and aged 180 days in oak barriques. The result is cherry, rhubarb, raspberry, sweet baking spices, toasted oak, violets. Mild tannins and good acidity. Winemaker suggests pairing with spiced and cured meats, roasted pork and beef.
