Claymore Walk On The Wild Side Shiraz 2012, Clare Valley, South Australia, Australia: This full-bodied Australian red wine is mostly Shiraz, with a splash of the white wine grape Viognier, which gives it a floral lift through the mid-palate. This blend is popular in Australia and creates wine of great complexity and depth. The Claymore Shiraz Viognier is juicy and mouth-watering with purple and black plum aromas and flavours. Full-bodied, smooth and satisfying. Satin smooth tannins with a long finish. Great value. Drink: 2013-2018. 166983 15.20% D 750 mL $21.95 Score: 90/100. November 8, 2014 Top Rated Red Wine.
