This icewine is a delicious find. The use of Cab Sauv grapes provides a different flavour profile from traditional Canadian Vidal icewine. Fermented on the skins to provide this superb fresh cherry colour is also fantastic to see. Flavours of red current, red plum and bing cherry swirl inside the mouth. Lighter on the palate and not as cloyingly sweet, this icewine is a delicious way to finish off the meal!
